Screenshot #1: ITAOP Method: Control Panel

In order to make your form fillable, savable we inserted into your form an additional (visible but not printable) page with buttons - the "control panel" of the form. For ITAOP version, it contains the following buttons:

DATA > CLIPBOARD (to export/save filled-in data by CLIPBOARD method);
CLIPBOARD > DATA (to import/load exported data by CLIPBOARD method);
DATA > FDF/EMAIL (to export/save filled-in data by FDF/EMAL method);
FDF/EMAIL > DATA (to import/load exported data by FDF/EMAIL method);

The above buttons represent two methods to export and import data: CLIPBOARD method and FDF/EMAIL method.

TEXT SIZE (to set new size for all fill-in text of the form);
TEXT FONT (to set new font for all fill-in text of the form);
TEXT COLOR (to set new color for all fill-in text of the form);
RE-POSITION (to reset original vertical and horizontal text positions of the form);
CLEAR (to erase all fill-in text of the form);
PRINT (to print - in black and white - the form along with all fill-in text).

There are two versions of our PDF fillable, savable forms: ITAOP (Insert Text Anywhere On Page) and FBF (Field-by-Field.

When using ITAOP version, you can easily fill out the form, move any text line up/down, left/right, increase/decrease text size, change font color and style, erase text quickly, copy line(s) to line(s) and page to page, easily save/export/email and then import/load your form data.

For FBF version, the control panel contains the following buttons:

DATA > CLIPBOARD (to export/save filled-in data by CLIPBOARD method);
CLIPBOARD > DATA (to import/load exported data by CLIPBOARD method);
DATA > FDF/EMAIL (to export/save filled-in data by FDF/EMAL method);
FDF/EMAIL > DATA (to import/load exported data by FDF/EMAIL method);

TEXT COLOR (to set new color for all fill-in text of the form);

SHOW (to show all fill-in field rectangles of the form);

MODIFY (to change text size and switch single-line/multi-line properties of the fill-in fields marked by you);
CLEAR (to erase all fill-in text of the form);
PRINT (to print - in black and white - the form along with all fill-in text).

When using FBF version, you can easily fill out the form, increase/decrease text size, change font color and style, change text alignment inside a field (left, center, right), switch multiline/singleline text property, hide/show field borders and colors, erase text quickly, easily save/export/email and then import/load your form data.

Screenshot #5: FBF-Light Method

    Unlike FBF full version, there is no control panel for FBF light.

    You cannot change text properties (size, color, font, alignment).

    Just insert your text field-by-field. To save, press 'Export Data' button (upper right corner).

The 'Export Data' button is visible but non-printable.
