Service Description: Fillable ITAOP



NAME OF SERVICE: MAKE PDF FILLABLE ITAOP. Convert your nonfillable forms into fillable (ITAOP method).

Note: "ITAOP" is for 'Insert Text Anywhere on Page'.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE:

Step 1. You upload and temporally store your forms on our server.
Step 2. We convert your uploaded forms from the original format into (Adobe) Acrobat PDF format (if the original format is not Acrobat PDF)*.
Step 3. We rotate some pages (if the orientation of pages is incorrect).
Step 4. We convert Acrobat PDF forms into ITAOP fillable (by adding fill-in fields, buttons, and programming features).
Step 5. We send to you an email that contains a link to the converted forms.
Step 6. You can then access and download the converted forms (by clicking on the link).

*Notes (to Step 2):
  1. Adobe PDF is not always Adobe Acrobat PDF. Adobe PDF can be either Adobe Acrobat PDF or Adobe (LiveCycle) Designer PDF.
  2. The original form can be either in Acrobat PDF format or Designer PDF format.
  3. The converted form will be in Acrobat PDF format, regardless of the original format.
  4. The original form can be non-fillable or fillable by Adobe Designer (dynamic) field-by-field method or Acrobat PDF FBF method.
  5. The converted form will be fillable by Acrobat ITAOP method.
  6. The original form can be non-savable or savable by Adobe Reader Extensions method.
  7. The converted form will be savable by two methods: CLIPBOARD method and FDF/EMAIL method (unless you instruct us to modify, restrict or remove the savability features).
  8. The converted form will not be savable by Adobe Reader Extensions method (unless you prove to us that your form meets the Adobe EULA requirements regarding Reader Extensions).
FEATURES OF ITAOP FILLABLE FORM:

The form provides you the ability to do the following:

INSERT a line of text anywhere on page.

EDIT A SINGLE LINE of text (by a click of button):
EDIT MULTIPLE LINES of text (by a click of button):
COPY A SINGLE LINE of text and paste it into another part of the form (by a click of button).

COPY MULTIPLE LINES of text and paste them into another part of the form (by a click of button):
COPY A WHOLE PAGE of lines of texts and paste that page into another page of the form (by a click of button).

MOVE MULTIPLE LINES of texts from one part of the form into another (by a few clicks):
JUMP from one page of the form into another (by a click of button).

EXPORT (SAVE) your text (data) from the form by the Clipboard method (by a few clicks):
EXPORT (SAVE) your text (data) from the form by the FDF/EMAIL method (by a single click):
IMPORT (LOAD) text (data) (previously exported by the Clipboard method) back into the form (by a few clicks):
IMPORT (LOAD) text (data) and text properties (previously exported by the FDF/EMAIL method) back into the form (by a double click):

MODIFICATIONS OF FEATURES:

You can instruct us to modify the form by doing the following:

To add, remove or change features or appearance of any CP buttons, for example: To add, remove or change features or appearance of any line buttons, for example: To add, remove or change some of PopUp alerts, for example: To add, remove or change some of the pages, for example: To modify the form in any other way.

Modifications: Note: A "fillable page" is a page to be converted to fillable (according to your instructions to us). Blank pages, description pages, article pages, etc. are usually non-fillable.

*Note: The ITAOP forms can be viewed only in Adobe Reader, version 6.0 or higher. The latest version of Adobe Reader can be downloaded from Adobe Reader download page. Adobe Reader and Adobe Acrobat (full program) are different programs. Please do not try to view the forms in Adobe Acrobat.
