Service Description: Fillable ITAOP

NAME OF SERVICE: MAKE PDF FILLABLE ITAOP. Convert your nonfillable forms into fillable (ITAOP method).

Note: "ITAOP" is for 'Insert Text Anywhere on Page'.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE:

Step 1. You upload and temporally store your forms on our server.
Step 2. We convert your uploaded forms from the original format into (Adobe) Acrobat PDF format (if the original format is not Acrobat PDF)*.
Step 3. We rotate some pages (if the orientation of pages is incorrect).
Step 4. We convert Acrobat PDF forms into ITAOP fillable (by adding fill-in fields, buttons, and programming features).
Step 5. We send to you an email that contains a link to the converted forms.
Step 6. You can then access and download the converted forms (by clicking on the link).

*Notes (to Step 2):

Adobe PDF is not always Adobe Acrobat PDF. Adobe PDF can be either Adobe Acrobat PDF or Adobe (LiveCycle) Designer PDF.
The original form can be either in Acrobat PDF format or Designer PDF format.
The converted form will be in Acrobat PDF format, regardless of the original format.
The original form can be non-fillable or fillable by Adobe Designer (dynamic) field-by-field method or Acrobat PDF FBF method.
The converted form will be fillable by Acrobat ITAOP method.
The original form can be non-savable or savable by Adobe Reader Extensions method.
The converted form will be savable by two methods: CLIPBOARD method and FDF/EMAIL method (unless you instruct us to modify, restrict or remove the savability features).
The converted form will not be savable by Adobe Reader Extensions method (unless you prove to us that your form meets the Adobe EULA requirements regarding Reader Extensions).
FEATURES OF ITAOP FILLABLE FORM:

The form provides you the ability to do the following:

INSERT a line of text anywhere on page.

EDIT A SINGLE LINE of text (by a click of button):

change (increase and decrease) text size in a single line (by a click of button);
move inserted line of text in vertical position (up and down, by a click of button);
move inserted line of text in horizontal position (left and right, by a click of button);
clear (erase) inserted line of text (by a click of button).

EDIT MULTIPLE LINES of text (by a click of button):

change (increase and decrease) text size in all lines (on all form pages, by a click of button);
change text color in all lines (on all form pages, by a click of button);
change text font in all lines (on all form pages, by a click of button);
clear (erase) text in all lines (on a single form page, by a click of button);
clear (erase) text in all lines (on all form pages, by a click of button);
reset (to default) vertical and horizontal positions of text in all lines (on all form pages, by a click of button).

COPY A SINGLE LINE of text and paste it into another part of the form (by a click of button).

COPY MULTIPLE LINES of text and paste them into another part of the form (by a click of button):

copy multiple lines of text (on the same page) and paste them into the same positions on another page of the form (by a click of button);
copy multiple lines of text (on the same page) and paste them into different positions on another page of the form (by a click of button).

COPY A WHOLE PAGE of lines of texts and paste that page into another page of the form (by a click of button).

MOVE MULTIPLE LINES of texts from one part of the form into another (by a few clicks):

move multiple lines of text (on the same page) up and down on the same page of the form (by a few clicks);
move multiple lines of text (on the same page) to the same positions on another page of the form (by a few clicks);
move multiple lines of text (on the same page) to different positions on another page of the form (by a few clicks).

JUMP from one page of the form into another (by a click of button).

EXPORT (SAVE) your text (data) from the form by the Clipboard method (by a few clicks):

export (save) your text (data) from the form into the Clipboard (DATA-TO-CLIPBOARD, by a few clicks);
paste your text (data) from the Clipboard into a text file (by a few clicks);
email the exported text (data) to another person (to allow that person to import the text (data) into his/her copy of the form) (by a few clicks).

EXPORT (SAVE) your text (data) from the form by the FDF/EMAIL method (by a single click):

export (save) your text (data) from the form into the FDF/EMAIL (DATA-TO-FDF/EMAIL, by a single click);
email the exported FDF (data) to another person (to allow that person to import the FDF (data) into his/her copy of the form) (by a single click).

IMPORT (LOAD) text (data) (previously exported by the Clipboard method) back into the form (by a few clicks):

copy previously exported text (data) from the text file to the Clipboard (by a few clicks);
import (load) previously exported text (data) from the Clipboard back into the form (CLIPBOARD-TO-DATA, by a few clicks).

IMPORT (LOAD) text (data) and text properties (previously exported by the FDF/EMAIL method) back into the form (by a double click):

import (load) previously exported text (data) from the FDF file back into the form (FDF/EMAIL-TO-DATA, by a double click);
import (load) previously exported text (data) properties back into the form (by a single click).

MODIFICATIONS OF FEATURES:

You can instruct us to modify the form by doing the following:

To add, remove or change features or appearance of any CP buttons, for example:

to leave only one pair of buttons (out of two pairs) to export data;
to leave only one button (out of four) to export (save) data;
to remove all buttons to export data (this will make the form nonsavable);
to make the CP page blank and move the CP buttons to another page;
to make the CP page blank and remove all the CP buttons;

To add, remove or change features or appearance of any line buttons, for example:

to remove any of the features of the line buttons;
to remove the line buttons (the form will remain fillable);

To add, remove or change some of PopUp alerts, for example:

to change the 'Page Open' PopUp alerts;
to remove or change some of the buttons' PopUp alerts;

To add, remove or change some of the pages, for example:

to remove the first (CP) page;
to change the second ('Add Your Add Here') page;
to make the second page blank;
to add any pages;

To modify the form in any other way.

Modifications:

To make your form savable by Adobe Reader Extensions (only if you prove to us that your form meets the Adobe EULA requirements regarding Reader Extensions): free.
To remove any buttons: free.
To make the first and/or second page blank: free.

Note: A "fillable page" is a page to be converted to fillable (according to your instructions to us). Blank pages, description pages, article pages, etc. are usually non-fillable.

*Note: The ITAOP forms can be viewed only in Adobe Reader, version 6.0 or higher. The latest version of Adobe Reader can be downloaded from Adobe Reader download page. Adobe Reader and Adobe Acrobat (full program) are different programs. Please do not try to view the forms in Adobe Acrobat.
